Our Koroneiki olives are harvested by hand in Messinia with the utmost respect and care—at the peak of ripeness. Harvesting takes place from late October to mid-November to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Single-varietal, cold-extracted, and processed directly on-site in our own stainless steel tanks—for an extra virgin olive oil with traceable origins and authentic character.
