RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to revoke your contractual declaration or an already concluded contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods. If you purchased multiple products in one order and they were delivered separately, the cancellation period begins upon receipt of the last item.

If Sarmakinas has not properly informed you of your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months. If Sarmakinas subsequently provides the information within this period, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after the subsequent notification.

​How to declare the revocation
 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

​Send us your cancellation notice with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name and address
  • Date of order & receipt of goods

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Return of goods

If you cancel the contract, you must return the goods within 14 days of sending your cancellation notice.

Who bears the return costs?
 As required by law, you will bear the cost of returning the goods if you exercise your right of withdrawal, unless the goods were damaged or incorrectly delivered. You will also be responsible for any loss of value resulting from handling that goes beyond checking their quality, properties, and functionality.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price – within 14 days at the latest.

 The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your order. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the goods were damaged or incorrectly delivered. There are no additional fees for the refund.

Sarmakinas may refuse repayment until:

  • the goods have been returned or
  • you provide proof of posting (whichever comes first).

When is there no right of withdrawal?

Revocation is not possible in the following cases:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life
  • Sealed goods (e.g. hygiene products), if the seal
    was removed after delivery.
