STEP 1
Request and creation of the offer.
You send us your request via the form, and we will create a customized offer for you.
STEP 2
Personalization and preparation.
We are preparing your order for shipment. For packages with personalization options, a coordination and approval process will take place.
STEP 3
Delivery on your preferred date.
After the offer is accepted and the customized packaging is approved, we will ship the goods on the agreed requested date.
QUESTIONS IN ADVANCE
From what quantity can I order?
The minimum order is 12 bottles. This applies to all three variants — including custom design.
How much lead time do we need for our order?
For the "Pure Delight" package, expect 4–7 business days within Austria and 6–14 business days to Germany. For "Corporate Signature" and the "Messinia Box", expect 7–10 business days within Austria and 7–14 business days to Germany. This period begins upon receipt of the deposit – the sooner we receive the deposit, the sooner we start.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit upon order, the remaining 50% by invoice prior to shipment.
Can we get a sample in advance?
Yes – upon request, we can send you a sample at a reduced price. If you place a subsequent order, this amount will be credited.
By when can I order for Christmas?
The order deadline for delivery before Christmas is Wednesday, December 16, 2026. Since we personalize the orders individually for you, we need some lead time.
Are you running later? Ask anyway!
We are still here for you even after December 16. Just write to us with what you need, and we will check individually what is still possible. We can often ship smaller quantities and orders without personalization at short notice. However, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas after the order deadline.

Can we still order after the order deadline?
After December 16th, we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas – write to us anyway, we'll see what's still possible. Otherwise, it will be a gift for the New Year.

Can we add our own label or a personal greeting card?
Unfortunately, a custom label on the bottle is not possible. However, you can still have your gifts personalized:

Will we receive a proper invoice with the tax shown separately?
Yes, you will receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately for your accounting.
How long is the olive oil shelf life?
You can find the best-before date on every bottle. Our current vintage has a shelf life at least until 19.08.2027. And even far beyond that, our olive oil generally retains its full, characterful aroma. To keep it that way, proper storage is key:
Store in a dark place: UV radiation breaks down valuable antioxidants. That is why we bottle our olive oil in dark bottles.
Seal airtight: Oxygen is the enemy of freshness. Therefore, always seal the bottle well after opening.
Cool, but not cold: 14 to 18 °C is ideal. It is best not to place the bottle next to the stove or by the window.

Yes, our olive oil is vegan and naturally free from common allergens.
Is there a quantity discount above a certain amount?
Yes – the volume discounts depend on the package and quantity. We will create a customized B2B offer for you.
