Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Sarmakinas olive oil in soft lines over the yogurt.
(Good olive oil enhances the natural sweetness and creaminess in this Mediterranean recipe.)
finish
Sweeten with 1 tablespoon of honey , arrange the fruit loosely on top and sprinkle with pistachios.
Serve with
• Cold espresso or mint tea
• A few drops of lemon juice for freshness

Perfect
Perfect for:
Summer breakfast, brunch, light afternoon snack
Perfect as:
quick dessert, uncomplicated breakfast bowl, Mediterranean start to the day
Tip
Why olive oil with yogurt?
Yogurt carries aroma – olive oil gives it character.
The golden-green Koroneiki oil makes the yogurt even creamier, adds depth, enhances the sweetness of the honey, and makes fruits taste fresh.
And: Polyphenols develop particularly well in fat – more intense in taste, smoother in finish.
