Welcome to our olive grove
Nestled among rolling hills, bathed in Mediterranean sunshine and refreshing breezes lies the origin of our olive oil: our groves . Here, our olive trees grow at a natural pace – far removed from the industrial speed.
Our trees carry history
Our groves consist exclusively of trees that already have a history . Many are over 40 years old – most considerably older. Our oldest are over 200 years old. We buy these trees to preserve them, not to replace them. They embody time lived, in the form of wood, roots, and branches.
If there is space, we plant new trees – but never at the expense of the old ones.
Biodiversity with responsibility
We let grasses, wildflowers, and other plants grow between the trees – creating a diverse ecosystem. But: As soon as summer arrives and the heat increases, we have to clear the area – in a controlled and targeted manner.
The risk of forest fires is real , and we don't want our grove to burn.
It's a balancing act between natural habitat and protection. And we walk this path anew every year – with respect.
🌿 “Our grove is not a production site. It is a promise – to the soil, the trees and the future.”
