From the tree to the bottle

Sarmakinas Erte, die Oliven kommen in die Waschung

The journey begins with the harvest

When autumn arrives and the olives reach their ideal ripeness, the most intense time of the year begins for us: the harvest .

We harvest by hand – using hand shakers . Instead of large machines, we use targeted, gentle work with small tools. This protects the tree and preserves the fruit.

Our trees are old, often over 40 years old. They need care, not efficiency optimization. And that's exactly what we give them.

Pressing: Every day, fresh

We work closely with our partner press – almost like an extension of our own grove.

Every day, the freshly harvested olives are pressed immediately. Without intermediate storage, without delay. The oil is then immediately transferred to our own tanks – under optimal conditions.

No mixed sentence

What sets us apart?
We do not mix our oil with other batches or collective pressings.

Normally, all olives go into the same tank on the same day – depending on their acidity, regardless of origin or grove.
Not with us.

Our oil is our oil.
Every drop comes from our own trees – and it will stay that way.

Character instead of compromise

You can taste this clarity:

  • in the scent
  • in taste
  • in consistency

It is not a one-size-fits-all oil – it is an expression of origin, attitude and dedication.

🍈 "We press daily. We press fresh. We only press our oil."
